2013年1月５日應北京國際農業科學研究院王院長與雲南開開藥業有限責任公司鄧董事長之邀請前往雲南文山參加文山-中國中藥生物谷第七屆高峰論壇，了解該公司目前致力推廣發展的辣木產業以及生豬養殖加工產業，並於會議中將我司目前籌備投資的治理荒漠化二型四化新市鎮計劃概要與開開董事長交流研討。會後考察西疇把獨基地，麻栗坡天保口岸與石橋基地等等。經雙方交流會談，同意合作發展新農村建設計劃，並於1月8日簽署合作協議。

北京国际农业科学研究院-海峽兩岸战略性新興產業項目推介會

2013年10月14日至18日,應北京國際農業科學研究院王院長之邀請,前往北京洽談海峽兩岸戰略性新興產業項目,其中針對中國新農村建設我司完成一套發展規劃,並結合治理荒漠化理念,及貫徹落實中共中央、國務院《關於加快發展現代農業進一步增強農村發展活力的若干意見》精神，推展符合戰略性新興產業發展要求的現代農業綜合開發專案,就可行性發展相互交流,並簽訂戰略合作框架協議。
